What to expect at your Annual Physical Assessment
Step 1: Patient Registration Office
~10 minutes (obtain a medical record number)
Step 2: Front Desk
~40 minutes (complete medical history forms)
Step 3: Physician Office
~30 minutes (provider reviews your information, physical examination)
Step 4: Physician Office
~10 minutes (blood work, tuberculin testing, and immunizations if required)
Approximate Time Spent:
1 1/2 To 2 Hours
2-3 Days Later
Step 5: Front Desk
~5 minutes (tuberculin reading)
Step 6: Radiology
~20 minutes (Chest x-ray performed if required)
1-4 Weeks Later
Step 7: Front Desk
~5minutes (Second tuberculin testing, immunizations as required)
