OSHA requires annual N95 fit testing for staff in the Hospital’s Respiratory Protection Program. Appointments for fit testing should be scheduled during the same month as the employee’s annual health assessment.
N95 respirator fit testing appointments take place in:
Employee Health and Wellness
Stony Brook University Hospital, 8 South, Room 140
Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:40 pm

Please note: Any person with facial hair must be clean shaven, anywhere the N95 respirator will touch the face, at the time of the fit test appointment. If not clean shaved, you will be required to reschedule the appointment.
